Belle Vue Gite was the first of the gites to be completed. It is a single storey, two bedroom building with ample parking, and its own private garden and 25m sq tiled patio which overlooks sunflower fields towards the distant, tiny village of La Place.
An open-plan dining/kitchen, equipped with gas cooker which has an electric oven with grill and rotisserie, a microwave with grill, a large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and coffee maker. The kitchen is very well equipped with all crockery, pans, utensils etc. A washing machine is also provided, located in the laundry area of the barn, for your use, and drying umbrellas are in the gardens.
The lounge area has comfortable furniture (the sofa is a double-bed-settee) Satellite TV , Video player, DVD player and CD system are provided. There is a large selection of DVD's and video's for guests to borrow (free of charge) The tiled bathroom is equipped with WC, hand-basin, and a luxurious multi-jet power shower, which also has a deep basin suitable for young children's bathing.
The master bedroom has a double bed, and views of the Milky Way and shooting stars at night through your ceiling velux! The second bedroom is equipped with two sets of bunk beds.
Outside The south facing patio and garden is reached by one step down from the lounge/kitchen. You have garden furniture and your own barbeque. There are fabulous, uninterrupted views over the surrounding sunflower fields, towards the tiny village of La Place. Total area of Belle Vue & garden is approx 1200m2
